Gift vouchers purchased in the e-shop are valid for 6 months, vouchers with a validity period of 3 months to 1 year can be purchased at the reception.
*The fee for extending an invalid voucher is 300 CZK per hour for a maximum of 2 months after the expiry date. If the voucher is more than 2 months past its expiry date, it will be forfeited without refund.
*Extended gift vouchers can only be used on weekdays until 5:00 p.m. Unfortunately, we cannot accept such vouchers after 5:00 p.m. and on weekends.
